If you do not like SEOStrive, you can have your money back. Ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a paid plan (Pro or Agency) and we will refund it in full, with no questions and no forms to fill in.
How to ask
- Use the contact page (or a support ticket from your account) and tell us the email address you paid with.
- We confirm the refund, normally within one business day.
- The refund goes back to your original payment method through Paddle, our payment provider. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
What happens to your account
When a refund is processed your subscription ends and your account returns to the Free plan. Your projects and reports are kept, and licence keys beyond the Free plan’s allowance stop unlocking paid features in the plugin.
Good to know
- The guarantee applies to the first payment of a plan. Renewals are not covered, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to continue. You can cancel any time from your account page.
- Free accounts cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can use the Free plan for as long as you like to try SEOStrive first.
- If we charge you by mistake or twice, tell us and we will fix it.
- Where the law gives you additional refund or withdrawal rights, those rights are not affected.
