Everything you need to get results

Short guides for every tool, plus answers to the questions we hear most.

Getting started

  1. Create a free account. It takes ten seconds and needs no card.
  2. Open the site audit, type your website address and press Run audit.
  3. Read the report, fix the errors first, then warnings, then notices.
  4. Save the site as a project to track it over time.

Site audit

The audit starts at your homepage, reads robots.txt and your XML sitemap, and crawls the pages it finds, up to the page limit of your plan. Each page is checked against 28 rules covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, content, performance and markup.

We only fetch public pages, identify ourselves as SEOStriveBot and never log in or submit forms. If your site sits behind a firewall that blocks bots, allow that user agent or run the audit from a server that can reach it.

Reading your report

Health score

A number from 0 to 100. It is the average page score, reduced by site-wide problems such as a missing sitemap. 80 and above is healthy, 50 to 79 needs attention, below 50 needs urgent work.

Errors, warnings and notices

Errors block crawling, indexing or visitors, so fix them first. Warnings hurt rankings or clicks. Notices are improvements that add up. Every issue explains why it matters, how to fix it and lists the affected pages.

Compare, export and AI plan

Paid plans can compare with the previous audit (what you fixed, what is new), export CSV and print to PDF, and generate a five-step AI action plan.

Schema tools

The generator builds JSON-LD for Article, Organization, FAQ and Breadcrumb on every plan, and Product, Local business, Event, Recipe, How-to, Video, Job and Person on paid plans. Paste the result into the page. The checker reads structured data from any live URL and reports errors and missing recommended properties.

Meta, robots and links

  • Meta tag checker: title, description, headings, canonical, Open Graph, Twitter card, favicon and a Google result preview.
  • Robots.txt and sitemap checker: test whether a crawler may fetch a path and validate your sitemaps.
  • Keyword research: keyword ideas, questions and long-tail phrases from Google's search suggestions, with a relative strength score. It is not search volume.
  • Broken link checker: checks the links on one page. Your plan sets how many links are checked per run.

Projects and schedules

A project is a saved website. On plans with scheduled audits you can run it monthly, weekly or daily. Each run is compared with the last one and the result is emailed to you. Plans with extra recipients can also send it to clients and teammates, and plans with white-label replace our branding in the email.

Plans and limits

Limits apply to your account every day and reset at midnight UTC. The Free plan includes 3 audits and 10 tool runs a day, with up to 25 pages per audit. When you reach a limit the tool tells you and offers an upgrade. When a paid plan expires, the account returns to Free limits and your data is kept. See pricing for what each plan includes.

Licence key

Every account has one licence key, shown under Account. The same plan will unlock the same features in the WordPress plugin. Keep the key private. If it leaks, regenerate it. The old key and its activations stop working.

Support tickets

Every account can open a ticket from Support for account, billing, bug reports and feature ideas. Technical support needs a paid plan. Plans with priority support are answered first. You get an email when we reply and can answer from the same page.

Troubleshooting

"We could not reach that website"

Check the address, make sure the site is public and that a firewall or maintenance page is not blocking bots.

The audit seems stuck

Large or slow sites take longer. Keep the tab open while it runs. If it stops, start it again.

I reached my daily limit

Limits reset at midnight UTC. Upgrade for higher limits and extra features.

Scheduled emails do not arrive

Check spam, confirm the project is active and that the schedule is allowed by your plan. If it still fails, contact us.
